Description

Assist in the manufacturing of semi-solid dosage forms such as creams, ointments, and gels, ensuring adherence to production protocols.
Operate and maintain semi-solid production equipment, including mixers, homogenizers, and filling machines.
Monitor production processes to ensure the quality, consistency, and safety of semi-solid products.
Prepare and measure raw materials as per the formulation requirements for semi-solid products.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
Perform in-process checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with equipment or processes during production.
Maintain accurate records of production data, batch numbers, and raw material usage for traceability and quality control.
Assist in the formulation development of semi-solid products in collaboration with the R&D team.
Ensure that production schedules are met, and report any deviations or delays to the supervisor for corrective action.
