<ul><li>Operate and monitor OSD production equipment such as granulators, blenders, tablet compression machines, capsule fillers, and coating machines.</li><li>Perform setup, calibration, and adjustment of machines to ensure efficient production.</li><li>Handle raw materials and excipients according to batch manufacturing records (BMR).</li><li>Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations or non-conformities.</li><li>Maintain batch records, log sheets, and other required documentation accurately.</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Identify and report machine malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials as per guidelines.</li></ul>
