<ul><li>Operate tablet compression machines (single/double rotary) according to SOPs and batch records.</li><li>Prepare and inspect raw materials and granules for compression.</li><li>Set and monitor machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and fill depth to ensure consistent tablet quality.</li><li>Collect in-process samples and assist QC in testing for weight, hardness, and thickness.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major equipment malfunctions to maintenance.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the compression area following GMP guidelines.</li><li>Accurately record production data in batch manufacturing records.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, defects, or quality issues during production.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.</li></ul>
