<ul><li>Operate and monitor AGR (Agitated Reactor) and other reactor systems safely and efficiently.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.</li><li>Conduct routine checks on equipment, temperature, pressure, and flow parameters.</li><li>Ensure raw materials are handled and fed into reactors accurately.</li><li>Monitor reaction processes and make adjustments as per process instructions.</li><li>Record production data, observations, and deviations in batch records.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety of the reactor area as per GMP standards.</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to the supervisor promptly.</li><li>Assist in preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of reactor equipment.</li></ul>
