Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing targets.
Process Oversight: Monitor production processes to ensure they operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and maintain high morale.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
