Production Planning: Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize production output while maintaining cost efficiency.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues that may arise during production.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment. Implement measures to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure a steady and appropriate supply of raw materials. Minimize excess inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
