Description

Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
Monitor production processes and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.
Hire, train, and supervise production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback as needed.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of production team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to address production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management review.
