<ul><li>Oversee daily tablet manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, and packing.</li><li>Ensure production activities comply with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, equipment operation, and in-process quality checks.</li><li>Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and other production documents.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.</li><li>Manage manpower allocation, material usage, and equipment readiness for production schedules.</li><li>Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Support equipment qualification, process validation, and line clearance activities.</li><li>Train operators and workers on process knowledge, documentation, and safety procedures.</li></ul>
