<ul><li>Supervise tablet manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, and coating.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during production.</li><li>Monitor in-process quality checks and machine operations on the shop floor.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Conduct line clearance and ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the tablet section.</li><li>Train operators and workers on equipment handling and safety practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and report deviations or breakdowns promptly.</li></ul>
