Description

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets and timelines.
Monitor and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow and resolve any operational issues.
Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, quantities produced, and material usage, in compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during the production process.
Handle any discrepancies or non-conformities in production, investigating causes and implementing corrective actions.
Provide regular reports on production performance, including yield, productivity, and quality metrics, to management.
