Description
- Oversee and manage the production process of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms, such as tablets, capsules, and powders, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, including tablet presses, capsule fillers, coating machines, and other OSD machinery.
- Monitor and control the production process to maintain the quality, quantity, and consistency of products.
- Review and approve batch production records and ensure proper documentation of manufacturing activities.
- Conduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure products meet established quality specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to address any quality deviations or non-conformances during production.
- Assist in the training and development of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and finished products in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
