<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise sterile product manufacturing (vials, ampoules, injectables, IV fluids).</li><li>Ensure all production activities adhere to cGMP and SOPs.</li><li>Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment efficiently.</li><li>Maintain aseptic conditions, hygiene, and gowning protocols in the production area.</li><li>Coordinate with QC for in-process checks and batch release.</li><li>Record production data accurately, including output, deviations, and batch details.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor production issues and report major concerns to maintenance.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Supervise and guide production staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.</li></ul>
