Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production department, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met on time and within quality standards.
Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean working environment.
Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adequate resource allocation and timely completion of orders.
Review production data, including output, downtime, and quality control metrics, preparing reports for management.
Resolve operational issues promptly, including machinery malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO).
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to standards, and continuous skill development.
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing techniques or process automation, to enhance productivity and product quality.
