<ul><li>Operate injectable production equipment such as vial washing, tunnel sterilizer, filling, and sealing machines.</li><li>Perform equipment cleaning, sterilization, and area sanitization as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Ensure accurate and sterile filling of injectable products under aseptic conditions.</li><li>Monitor critical process parameters like temperature, pressure, and batch yield.</li><li>Carry out routine maintenance checks and report any equipment malfunctions.</li><li>Record production data in BMRs, logbooks, and related documentation.</li><li>Follow gowning procedures and maintain strict aseptic practices in cleanroom areas.</li><li>Assist in batch changeovers and equipment setup for different products.</li></ul>
