<ul><li>Supervise and manage daily production activities in the injectable (sterile) manufacturing area.</li><li>Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements during aseptic processing.</li><li>Monitor operations such as vial washing, sterilization, filling, sealing, and inspection.</li><li>Review and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow and material availability.</li><li>Train and guide operators and technicians on aseptic practices and equipment handling.</li><li>Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA implementation as per quality guidelines.</li></ul>
