<ul><li>Operate and monitor injectable filling machines in compliance with GMP guidelines.</li><li>Set up filling lines, including vial loading, filling needles, stopper bowl, and sealing units.</li><li>Ensure accurate filling volumes as per batch requirements and perform routine checks.</li><li>Maintain aseptic conditions in the filling area following cleanroom and sterile protocols.</li><li>Conduct in-process checks such as weight/volume verification and visual inspections.</li><li>Record batch details, machine parameters, and production activities accurately.</li><li>Assist in equipment cleaning, sterilization, and line clearance before and after batches.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, machine issues, or abnormal observations immediately.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve operational issues.</li></ul>
