Description

Operate and monitor gel production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards.
Prepare raw materials for gel production by accurately measuring and mixing ingredients according to prescribed formulas.
Ensure the gel production process runs in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Conduct regular checks on equipment, ensuring that machines are running properly, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
Monitor and record production parameters such as temperature, speed, and viscosity, ensuring that the final product meets the required specifications.
Inspect finished gel products for quality, including consistency, color, texture, and packaging standards, and take corrective actions if needed.
Maintain accurate production records, documenting batch numbers, raw material usage, and production times for traceability and quality control.
Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.
Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to conduct tests on samples and ensure the gel product meets required standards before release.
