1. Plan and execute daily softgel production activities to achieve output and quality targets.
2. Oversee softgel encapsulation, drying, sorting, and inspection processes.
3. Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
4. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
5. Review and complete batch manufacturing records and production documents.
6. Control raw material usage and minimize process losses and deviations.
7. Coordinate with QA and QC for in-process checks and product release.
8. Train and guide operators to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
