<ul><li>Oversee daily tablet compression activities to ensure smooth and efficient production.</li><li>Operate and monitor compression machines (rotary tablet presses) as per SOPs and cGMP standards.</li><li>Carry out in-process checks and monitor critical parameters like weight, hardness, and thickness.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation including BMR/BPR, logbooks, and online records.</li><li>Ensure line clearance, equipment cleaning, and proper machine setup before batch start.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, and Maintenance teams for timely batch execution.</li><li>Troubleshoot machine issues and support preventive and breakdown maintenance.</li><li>Train and guide operators in equipment operation and good manufacturing practices.</li><li>Participate in deviation handling, change control, and CAPA implementation.</li></ul>
