<ul><li>Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per SOPs and BMR instructions.</li><li>Prepare coating solutions and ensure accurate process parameters for uniform coating.</li><li>Monitor process variables such as spray rate, pan speed, and temperature to maintain batch quality.</li><li>Accurately document all coating operations in BMR/BPR and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse for smooth workflow and timely batch release.</li><li>Follow cGMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines during coating operations.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or process irregularities.</li><li>Assist in cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of coating machines.</li><li>Support training of operators and new team members on SOPs, cGMP, and safety practices.</li></ul>
