Description

Production Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
Process Monitoring: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.
Quality Control: Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with quality specifications by coordinating with the quality control department and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to avoid production delays or stock shortages.
Workforce Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all production activities comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks in the production process, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, material usage, and quality reports, and prepare regular reports for management review.
