<ul><li>Operate and monitor capsule filling machines as per SOPs and BMR instructions.</li><li>Assist in preparation of granules/powder for capsule filling and ensure accurate machine operation.</li><li>Monitor capsule weight, fill uniformity, and machine performance to maintain batch quality.</li><li>Document all production activities accurately in BMR/BPR and maintain data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse for smooth material flow and timely batch release.</li><li>Follow cGMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines during capsule production.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or process abnormalities.</li><li>Assist in cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of capsule machines.</li><li>Support training of operators and new team members on SOPs, cGMP, and safety practices.</li></ul>
