<ul><li>Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets as per the production schedule.</li><li>Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.</li><li>Supervise production staff and ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, record observations, and ensure batch documentation accuracy.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.</li><li>Conduct line clearance, equipment cleaning, and area verification before and after production.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment issues to maintain productivity.</li><li>Participate in process validation, scale-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety within the production area.</li></ul>
