<ul><li>Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.</li><li>Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other related documentation.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, yields, and efficiency to meet quality and productivity targets.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for material and equipment readiness.</li><li>Ensure proper cleaning, setup, and maintenance of machines as per SOPs.</li><li>Train and guide operators and technicians on GMP, hygiene, and operational procedures.</li><li>Participate in process validation, deviation handling, and continuous improvement activities.</li></ul>
