Description

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and address quality issues promptly.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to production supervisors and staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and participate in safety audits, inspections, and training programs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials and resources for production activities.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Prepare production reports, work orders, and other related documents as required.
