Description

Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and production systems to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and waste reduction.
Develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle time, throughput, and yield, and take corrective actions as needed to meet production targets.
Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
Investigate root causes of quality defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
Participate in production planning meetings and capacity planning activities to develop production schedules, allocate resources, and meet customer demand.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and equipment for production.
Monitor production schedules, track work orders, and adjust production plans as needed to accommodate changes in demand or priorities.
