1. Supervise and operate tablet compression machines as per batch manufacturing records
2. Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of compression equipment
3. Monitor critical process parameters (weight, hardness, thickness, and speed)
4. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines
5. Maintain accurate in-process and batch documentation
6. Identify and report deviations, assist in CAPA implementation
7. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering for smooth operations
8. Train and guide compression operators and assistants
