Description

Supervise the production process to ensure efficient chemical manufacturing, maintaining consistency, and quality of the final products.
Work closely with the R&D department to develop and scale up chemical formulations for mass production.
Monitor and test product quality at various stages of production to ensure products meet specified standards and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental standards, including the handling and storage of hazardous chemicals.
Maintain accurate records of production processes, including raw materials used, batch details, and finished product quality reports.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety hazards.
Work on improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, R&D, Engineering) to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
