Description

Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Perform assembly tasks, such as component installation, product assembly, and packaging, in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and take corrective action to resolve issues or reject defective items.
Follow quality control procedures, including visual inspections, measurements, and testing, to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate production activities, prioritize tasks, and meet production targets and deadlines.
Assist with material handling, inventory management, and supply replenishment to support continuous production flow and minimize downtime.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, escalate issues, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
