Job description
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product and product training.
- Direct responsibility for monitoring, analysing and providing regular qualitative and quantitative performance reports and updates on current operations.
- Reviewing the product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new development regarding the companies or competitors products.
- Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in clinical research.
- Design market research projects to access customer attitudes to current products range & new product introductions.
- To support/follow-up important projects of Product Management Team.
- To generate insights from survey & Field Work.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
