Description

Provide clinical expertise and leadership in the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials and research studies.
Oversee the development of clinical protocols, study protocols, and clinical investigation plans (CIPs) to ensure scientific rigor and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute strategic medical plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for medical innovation, differentiation, and market expansion, and provide input into product development, lifecycle management, and commercialization strategies.
Lead medical affairs activities, including medical information dissemination, KOL engagement, scientific communication, and post-marketing surveillance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate communication of medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
Stay abreast of relevant regulatory requirements, guidelines, and industry standards governing the development, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare products.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in all medical activities and programs.
