<ul><li>Provide immediate post-operative care to patients recovering from surgery in the recovery room or ward.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, consciousness, pain levels, and overall patient condition continuously.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as per the doctor’s orders.</li><li>Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and management of surgical drains or catheters.</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on post-operative care, activity restrictions, and medication compliance.</li><li>Identify, report, and respond promptly to post-operative complications or emergencies.</li><li>Maintain accurate post-operative records, charts, and documentation for each patient.</li><li>Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing team for smooth patient recovery and discharge planning.</li><li>Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols are strictly followed.</li></ul>
