Description

Install and assemble pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances, including sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, water heaters, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to determine layout and installation requirements for new construction or renovation projects.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and pipe damage, using plumbing tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing components, including pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures, to restore proper functionality and prevent water damage.
Cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and sizes, using hand and power tools, pipe cutters, and pipe bending machines, to fit plumbing systems and configurations.
Perform welding and soldering tasks to join pipes and fittings, ensuring secure connections and leak-proof seals in accordance with plumbing standards and safety practices.
Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using drain snakes, augers, hydro-jetting equipment, and other plumbing tools to remove obstructions and restore proper drainage.
Inspect sewer lines and drainage systems for leaks, blockages, or damage, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to prevent backups and water contamination.
