Description

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipment, including but not limited to machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to minimize downtime.
Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the plant facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical failures using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality and prevent recurrence.
Replace worn or damaged parts, components, and machinery as necessary to ensure safe and efficient operation. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain replacement parts and materials in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Conduct safety inspections, report potential hazards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
