<ul><li>Experience in similar industry preferably from Paper/ Paper Board / Printing / Packaging industry/Auto-corrugation industry.</li><li>Sound knowledge of manual, semi-automatic &amp; automatic corrugation plant operation.</li><li>Sound knowledge of legal &amp; all external (GPCB &amp; GEB) &amp; internal compliance, boiler license, Factory license etc.</li><li>Sound knowledge of various cost savings project, plant productivity improvement, 5S activity, KAIZEN, ISO, identification, traceability of products.</li><li>Sound knowledge on various Operation, Quality, manpower management activity, maintenance, breakdown &amp; preventive, boiler &amp; all utility services, calibration, safety &amp; different policy.</li><li>Handle the operation of manufacturing of corrugation packaging as per jobs.</li><li>Handle entire plant operation with management view, product quality analysis, overhead cost, store, delivery &amp; logistics.</li><li>Handle the team of persons like Quality, Production, SCM, Finance &amp; Accounts, IT, Admin, etc..</li><li>Handle Manpower &amp; Production management, Budget &amp; Planning.</li></ul>
