<ul><li>Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill infants and children in the PICU.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, neurological status, ventilator settings, and response to treatments.</li><li>Administer medications, IV infusions, blood products, and assist in pediatric procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, flow charts, and electronic medical records.</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot PICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and CPAP/BiPAP systems.</li><li>Coordinate with pediatric intensivists and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Provide emotional support and education to parents and families regarding care plans and child recovery.</li><li>Follow strict infection control protocols, medication safety, and emergency response procedures.</li><li>Participate in pediatric resuscitation, code blue situations, and critical interventions.</li></ul>
