<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill infants and children in the PICU.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, ventilator settings, and patient responses continuously.</li><li>Administer IV fluids, medications, and nutrition as per physician’s orders.</li><li>Assist in pediatric emergency procedures and resuscitation (PALS certified preferred).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of patient care, observations, and treatment outcomes.</li><li>Communicate effectively with pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Support and counsel parents regarding the child’s condition and care plan.</li><li>Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and safety standards in the unit.</li><li>Check and maintain life-support equipment and emergency drugs.</li></ul>
