About the Role

• As a Protocol Specialist, you are the bridge between our therapies and our members. You will be responsible for guiding clients through our wellness protocols, ensuring they feel safe, informed, and empowered. This is a hybrid role — part clinical, part experiential — and perfect for someone who blends science with soul.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and assist guests/clients in onboarding and understanding their therapy protocols.
• Execute therapy sessions with precision, safety, and warmth.
• Monitor client responses, report feedback, and adjust protocols as needed.
• Explain the science behind each therapy in simple, engaging language.
• Maintain therapy rooms, monitor equipment, and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with medical and lifestyle teams to tailor plans for each guest.
• Help build and evolve SOPs for therapies and guest experience.
• Track basic health metrics (BP, HR, oxygen saturation, etc.) during session.
• Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary.
• Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards
• Treat patients with movement disorders that were acquired through injury or have been present since birth.
• Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
• Refer patients to other specialists for massages, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, or other specialized treatments.
• Recommend new tools and equipment to assist patients with regular exercise.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
• Record and document patient care services.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
