Description
Physiotherapy & Training:
- Assess clients’ fitness levels, posture, and physical conditions.
- Provide physiotherapy consultations and develop customised exercise/rehab plans.
- Conduct personal training sessions and group workouts for members.
- Guide clients on correct exercise form and injury prevention.
- Monitor progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
Sales & Member Engagement: - Explain gym packages, physiotherapy services, and membership plans to walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into memberships through personalized consultations.
- Maintain strong relationships with members to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities within the gym.
Administrative Duties: - Handle front-desk coordination, client follow-ups, and daily attendance tracking.
- Manage member records, physiotherapy schedules, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with management on daily operations and inventory needs.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) – mandatory. Certification in fitness training (optional but preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
