Description
- As a Consultant Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counselling for patients with spine, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Your primary objective will be to optimize patient outcomes and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Guide patients on the necessity to take treatments by giving awareness and thereby enrolling patients.
- Provide hands-on care and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, such as spinal decompression, pulsed signal repair therapy, shockwave therapy, manual therapy, exercise sessions, and electrotherapy.
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance and support to junior colleagues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of physiotherapy and implement evidence-based practice.
- Engage in research and clinical audit projects to contribute to the development of the profession.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals on self-management techniques and preventive strategies.
