Description
- Physiotherapists need to enrol Patient who has got discharged after acute stroke for patient awareness programme
- Get the important information of the interested patient & update in system.
- Fill the questionnaire shared for spasticity management.
- Get the information in tool created for the spasticity screening tool.
- Taking care of Diabetic patients, resolving their issues, counselling them, keeping their records.
- Approx. 50-60 daily connected calls with the patients.
- Learning multiple diseases, patients & programmes to enhance the knowledge & serve the patients.
- Resolve the patient doubts/queries if any.
- Also you will get the exposure to many other related projects/ diseases.
PROFILE (Education & Experience)
- Should have good communication skills
- Must be ready to do visit office daily at Thane.
- Should be able to work with limited resources, yet keeping high ambitions
- Diploma in Physiotherapy/ Bachelor of physiotherapy/ Master of physiotherapy is a must.
- Post-graduate in any discipline is an added advantage.
