Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physician to join our team in Kerala. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing primary and specialized medical care to patients, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients to diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays, and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and treatments according to established guidelines and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects as needed.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice at all times.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
• Valid license to practice medicine in Kerala.
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a physician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
