Key Responsibilities

  • Commensurate to your leadership role come up with personalised medical solution for the client.
  • Minimise attrition of the clinical and affiliated teams
  • Ensure the clients are provided with comprehensive medical coverage.
  • Providing the family for with complete access to Medical Professional.
  • Management of emergencies presenting to the clinic
  • Ensuring the readiness of the ER for management of cases in network providers.
  • Ensure that patient’s requiring institutional care are promptly transferred to the hospital.
  • Appropriate and timely escalation of cases to the MD – Medical Services Patient education and counselling
  • Lead to provide excellence in care and manage.
  • Identify patients requiring specialist care and refer them promptly.
  • Appropriate follow up of patients, especially those that have been referred to specialists.
  • Participate in wellness actively on relevant clinical cases Conduct health promotion activities and webinars for the clients Family.
  • Documentation of all medical cases in the EMR and ensure medical information of patients are secure
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director, MS.

DUTIES AND SERVICES

  • Patient Related
  • Work as a team and lead the team from a clinical perspective.
  • Establish effective communication with the team internally as well as with patients
  • Ensure escalations are done timely and effectively.
  • Keep the roster smooth and functioning at all times.
  • Have a watchful eye on the health-related issues for the client's family.
  • Maintain cordial relationship with peers and colleagues and maintain professional e mail etiquettes in all communications.

Staff Communication, Support & Training

  • Maintain a professional and supportive attitude towards all the family members of the Clients directors.
  • Maintain effective communication processes with the family members of the Clients directors.

Reporting

  • Maintain patient records and reports for all allocated responsibilities either in EMR, as required Documentation / Communication
  • Attend, contribute to and report medical services activity at management meetings.
  • Ensure that all patient case documentation is maintained as required
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities that may from time to time be requested by the Medical Director and/or Operations Manager - Medical Services.

General

  • Ensure that medical facilities are maintained to an operational standard of professional excellence.
  • Ensure that all staff aware of, and comply with, daily operating and internal procedures.
  • Participate in periodic meetings of medical and administration staff as directed by the Medical Director & Ops Manager
  • Medical Services to report on and discuss issues relating to the operation and improvement of services and activities.
  • Attend Physicians meetings regularly and contribute.
  • Ensure delivery of Health Promotion programs as directed by Medical Director.

Other Duties

  • To ensure compliance to the Medical Services Standards of practice and provider management.
  • Attend weekly and/or daily meetings of Medical Services and administration staff as directed by the Manager to report on and discuss issues relating to the operation and improvement of services and activities.
  • To work within and promote all Intl. SOS’s policies and procedures.
