Phlebotomist

DESCRIPTION:

• Blood Collection: Skillfully drawing blood using needles or syringes and vacutainers from veins (venipuncture) or capillaries (finger sticks).
• Patient Care: Explaining procedures, reassuring anxious patients, and monitoring vital signs like pulse and blood pressure.
• Sample Handling: Labeling, tracking, and preparing blood samples for transport to laboratories, maintaining specimen integrity.
• Administrative Tasks: Verifying patient identification, updating records, and sometimes handling insurance information.
• Equipment & Safety: Sterilizing equipment, adhering to infection control protocols, and ensuring patient safety.
• Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
• Applications are open to candidates across India.
• Preference will be given to candidates from outside Jharkhand.
• All applicants must submit their last three months’ salary slips.
• Interview process: First round will be telephonic & For second round candidate needs to come at the office.
• Willing to relocate to Jharkhand State only can apply.
• Applicants with Hospital or lab experience are preferred.
