Description

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including managing workflows, staffing, and ensuring smooth functioning of pharmacy activities.
Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide training and development opportunities, and address staffing issues.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Ensure that staff are trained to provide excellent customer service and handle patient interactions effectively.
Manage the pharmacy’s budget, including overseeing financial transactions, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
Monitor sales performance, analyse financial reports, and develop strategies to improve financial outcomes.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and ensuring accurate records of medications and supplies.
