Description

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing performance feedback to promote a positive work environment and ensure staff productivity and satisfaction.

Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and legality, ensuring compliance with physician instructions and patient safety protocols.
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, utilizing pharmacy automation systems, dispensing software, and medication packaging technologies as appropriate.
