Description

Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions, dosages, side effects, and indications, to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients and healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical practices in dispensing medications and managing pharmacy operations.
Proficiency in medication management, including prescription verification, filling prescriptions accurately, and counseling patients on medication use, dosage, and administration.
Excellent customer service skills to assist clients, address their inquiries and concerns, and provide guidance on healthcare products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other members of the healthcare team, and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and provide optimal patient care.
