Roles & Responsibilities

• Patient Issues : to issue the items based on the request made from the wards after cross checking the items from the request made.
• Patient returns : check the items according to the manual indent sent by the sister and entering the returns in the system.
• At the time of the discharge pharmacist has to issue a clearance to the billing department.
• Stock verification of allotted racks for near expiry & non-moving items and sending it back to the central pharmacy.
