- One of our prominent retail pharmacy chain clients is seeking skilled pharmacists in Bengaluru.
Role Description
- Over 1 year of relevant experience as a pharmacist in a retail pharmacy store.
- Maintain high standards in customer service.
- Consult with patients regarding their prescriptions while organizing medicines.
- Recommend alternative brands of the same medication to patients, addressing their queries in person or over the phone.
- Manage expiry medications and handle billing processes.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers while monitoring drug expenditures and conducting weekly audits.
- Speaking and understanding the Kannada language is a must.
