Description

Reviewing and executing physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality.
Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products, easier and faster, dispensing medicines.
Review medication orders, prescriptions, and patient profiles to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Dispense medications accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions to promote medication adherence and safety.
Conduct medication therapy reviews and assessments to identify and resolve medication-related problems, including drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic duplications.
Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy, adjust dosages, and recommend alternative therapies as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
Monitor patients' medication regimens, laboratory values, and clinical outcomes to assess treatment efficacy and prevent adverse drug reactions.
